General terms and conditions

The conditions in this document apply to all deliveries to and from

(“HENNETEC”), both physical and e-commerce.

All prices include VAT and other taxes. The prices are current prices.

When shopping at, agreements are made in Danish or English. If you would like a copy of your order confirmation, please send an email to [email protected]

Terms of payment

All purchases at Hennetec are made by using one of the following payment cards: Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Visa / Dankort, JCB, Eurocard or Mastercard, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Warranty / guarantee

There is a 2 year warranty on all products purchased at HENNETEC. This means that you can either have the product repaired, exchanged, refund or a price reduction, depending on the situation.

Some products have an extended warranty, which is specified on each product and the included warranty card. It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the product or other injurious behavior.

It is a condition product has not been exposed to influences that the type of products are usually not considered to withstand, for example, it is generally known that posters should not be exposed to water, fire, very bright sunlight, many sharp folds etc.

In order to claim the warranty service, you must contact us within "a reasonable amount of time" after you discovered the product's flaw. If you do this within two months after having discovered the flaw, the warranty will always cover. If this is the case, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

In case of receiving a damaged delivery, contact HENNETEC for repair or replacement of the product.

When returning a product, please state the nature of the problem as detailed as possible.

Please note! We do not accept packages shipped c.o.d. (collect on delivery) or similar.

Remember to ship the product in good packaging, and get a receipt for shipment, so we can refund your shipping costs.

Sale of Goods Act shortage rules may apply.

Right of cancellation

For all inventory items / standard products a 365 days right of cancellation for the purchase. This starts from the day where you received the product. The right of cancellation can only be used if the product is returned in the same condition and volume. Thus the right of cancellation becomes void if you use the product in a way which obviously reduces the sales value significantly.

The customer pays for the return shipping to HENNETEC.

HENNETEC then transfers the money back to the customer's payment card or bank account. In case of an impairment, for which you are liable, this is decducted from the purchase price.

If you use the right of cancellation, we'll refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs ( (excluding additional costs as a result of your own choice of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and under all circumstances at the latest 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to cancel the order. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you explicitly agreed otherwise.

We can withhold the refund until we received the product, unless you provided documentation beforehand to prove that you sent it back.

Be aware that custom products, which are manufactured as specified by the customer, are not included in the right of cancellation, as these are made exclusively for that customer. Custom orders are marked with a "Produced by order" symbol in the product line in the shopping basket, and marked in the order confirmation. When ordering custom products you also accept that the right of withdrawal becomes void as soon as the manufacturing has begun.

Should you regret your purchase, then please notify us before the deadline, for this you can, optionally, use the standard withdrawal form at the bottom of this page. Next, send the goods within 14 days to:

Certain items by their nature cannot be returned by regular mail. This applies to large frames over 70x100cm as well as large quantities shipped on a pallet. The cost of shipping will probably amount to 400 DKK at the most.

The item's condition when returning it:

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling in another way than what is necessary to establish the nature of the product, its characteristics and the way it works. In other words - you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the product is tried beyond what is outlined above, we consider it as used, which means that cancellation of your purchase now only results in a partial, or no refund, depending on the product's commercial value.

In order to receive the total purchase amount, you need to follow the same procedure as in a physical store. You may test the product, but without actually taking it in use.

Sale of photos.

All photos uploaded to HENNETECs websites are confidential by default, and can only be seen by the artist him or herself.

However, the artist may choose to change the status of the motif to 'public', making it possible for others to buy a product with this motif, with remuneration for the artist. The following is ONLY applicable for motifs actively set to 'public' by the artist him or herself. All other motifs are confidential.

When a motifs status is set to 'public', the artist claims copywright for the image(s). The photographer does not transfer this copywright to HENNETEC, but gives HENNETEC permission to use the image / images for sales, marketing and production, in return for a remuneration of 20% of the sales price (excluding shipping and tax). The remuneration is considered accepted four weeks after payment for the sale has been received by HENNETEC. This is to prevent abuse.

In case of cancellation of a sale or a refund, this will be used to offset earned remuneration.

The photographer may at any time ask to receive payment of the accumulated amount. Payment requires that HENNETEC received information concerning the photographer's civil registration number or company registration number as well as Reg No. + Account number in a Danish bank to credit the amount to.

HENNETEC reserves the right to remove images from HENNETECs websites which are deemed illegal or significantly beyond the intent of the website, including political, religious or pornographic material which is not considered to have any artistic relevance.

In case of abuse / fraud / illegal activities, HENNETEC reserves the right to suspend the remuneration.


Agreements concerning distribution of HENNETECs products may be terminated immediately by either party.

Vendors with an existing agreement can use the product photos from HENNETECs websites so long as they are only used for the promotion of HENNETECs products.

HENNETECs product texts are not to be used on the Internet due to the issue of "Duplicate content".


Users of HENNETECs websites will generally not receive emails other than administrative system mails, provided that the user has not actively subscribed to anything.

However, users with public images for sale on HENNETECs websites will receive messages about new functions related to the sale of images on HENNETECs websites.

Vendors will be updated ongoing with product news and changes in the assortment, as well as new functions on HENNETECs websites which are related to vendors.
